Position Overview We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Family Nurse Practitioner to join our growing practice. This role provides comprehensive primary care to patients across the lifespan—from pediatrics to geriatrics—while incorporating functional, integrative, and regenerative medicine approaches. The ideal candidate is health-conscious, grounded, eager to learn, and excited to grow within a collaborative, intimate clinic setting where meaningful patient relationships are at the core of care. Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive primary care services for patients of all ages Develop individualized, wellness-focused care plans Diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic conditions Educate and empower patients in preventative and lifestyle-based medicine Collaborate closely with physicians and clinical staff Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation Uphold Aspire Wellness standards for patient-centered, ethical, and evidence-informed care Required Qualifications Active Idaho Family Nurse Practitioner license Board certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner DEA License Idaho Idaho Controlled Substance Registration BLS certification (current) Ability to work in person in Idaho Comfort caring for patients across the lifespan (pediatrics through elderly) Preferred Experience & Interests 1 year of experience functional, integrative, regenerative medicine Willingness to learn and pursue certifications in: Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) IV nutrient therapies Ozone therapy Peptide therapy Ideal Candidate Attributes Health-conscious and aligned with a wellness-based lifestyle Calm, grounded, and compassionate presence Eager to learn and grow professionally Values deep patient relationships and continuity of care Thrives in a small, intimate clinic environment Confident in your clinical decisions Strong communication and clinical reasoning skills

Compensation & Benefits Compensation:

$100,000-$150,000 annually, depending on clinical expertise and schedule.
