• Boise / Meridian, Idaho We are seeking an exceptional PRN Nurse Practitioner to join our premium concierge house-call practice.

Our model blends conventional medicine with advanced therapies (peptides, targeted supplementation, comprehensive lab testing, and more). We provide white-glove, concierge-level care that treats every patient like a valued member of our extended family. Competitive PRN compensation:

$70/hr for administrative/charting time, $90/hr for patient visits, plus mileage reimbursement. This PRN role is designed to transition to full-time for the right candidate. We are in no rush — we'll wait for the perfect fit rather than hire quickly. What You'll Do Conduct in-home assessments and provide full-scope NP care. Build genuine, ongoing relationships and actively involve patients as partners in their health journey. Order labs, prescribe medications, coordinate care, and incorporate integrative/longevity options. Deliver concierge-level service with excellent communication and follow-through. Who We're Looking For Idaho-licensed Nurse Practitioner (APRN) with clean credentials (or eligible to obtain licensure). Passion for patient-centered, longevity-focused care and a collaborative mindset with a genuine belief in patient empowerment and shared decision-making. Excellent communicator with strong customer service skills and a warm, professional presence. Organized, well-spoken, and reliable. Team player who thrives in a small, supportive, low-drama environment. Experience in primary care, functional, or concierge medicine is a plus, but the right heart and attitude matter most.
