Job Description

Precision Family Medicine & Aesthetics is a growing, team-based primary care practice in Idaho Falls seeking a full-time Family Nurse Practitioner to join our provider team. Why Providers Choose Us Genuine team-based culture — support staff and providers collaborate daily to help you succeed, not compete Uncapped earning potential — pay is tied directly to your productivity, not a fixed salary ceiling Set schedule with structure: Monday-Friday clinic hours, no weekend clinical shifts (rotating on-call only) Flexibility to build a 4-day work week once established No home visits — all patient care is in-clinic Autonomy to manage your own patient panel and pace What You'll Do Provide comprehensive primary care across the lifespan: physical exams, diagnosis, chronic disease management, and preventive caremghihp+1 Manage patients with complex, multi-system needs, leveraging strong assessment and clinical reasoning skills Make timely, appropriate specialist referrals when indicated Complete accurate, timely documentation tied directly to compensation Collaborate closely with the clinical and administrative team to maintain quality and continuity of care Who We're Looking For Board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-BC) or ANP-BC with active, unencumbered license Master's degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program Strong preference for prior ICU, ER, or Cath Lab experience — this critical care background gives you the multi-system knowledge base our patient population needs New graduates with strong ICU/critical care RN backgrounds will be considered and mentored Current
BLS/ACLS/PALS
certification (or willingness to obtain) Strong personal accountability, integrity, and a genuine team-first mindset Clear communicator who can work both independently and collaboratively
Compensation & Structure Pay:
$90,000-$150,000/year, contract-based, tied to a percentage of collected revenue — the more patients you see, the more you earn Full-time, Monday-Friday (8am-12pm, 1pm-5pm), rotating on-call weekends only
Note:
This role does not include traditional benefits (health insurance, PTO accrual); compensation reflects the productivity-based model
Work Location:
2001 South Woodruff Avenue, Idaho Falls, ID 83404 — in person, relocation required if not local.
Pay:
$87,257.36 - $150,000.00 per year
