Full-time An established post-acute care program is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join its growing team in Lewiston, Idaho. This opportunity offers a collaborative practice environment, manageable patient volumes, and excellent work-life balance with strong clinical support. 36 patient care hours per week Shared call schedule among a team of 4 providers Average daily patient volume of 15-20 patients Strong clinical and administrative support in a hospital-employed practice Opportunity to provide comprehensive post-acute care in a collaborative team environment

Qualifications:

Certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Experience in post-acute, inpatient, hospital medicine, or internal medicine preferred Active Idaho license or ability to obtain one Unrestricted DEA registration or ability to obtain one Interested candidates are encouraged to apply with an updated CV.
