  • Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses
  • Provide comprehensive primary care for patients 18 and over
  • Perform annual wellness and preventive visits
  • Manage chronic diseases and medication therapy
  • Order and interpret laboratory and diagnostic testing
  • Develop individualized treatment plans
  • Educate patients on disease prevention and healthy lifestyle choices
  • Participate in wellness and integrative medicine services
  • Collaborate with providers and clinical staff to deliver outstanding patient care
  • Qualifications
  • Current Idaho Nurse Practitioner license (or eligibility for licensure)
  • National Board Certification
  • DEA registration (or ability to obtain)
  • Family Nurse Practitioner preferred
  • One year of experience in primary care, family medicine, internal medicine, wellness, urgent care, or a related specialty preferred
  • Outstanding candidates from other specialties with a strong desire to transition into primary care and wellness medicine will also be considered
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong clinical judgment and commitment to evidence-based care
