Are you an experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP) with a passion for women's health and hormone management? We're looking for a compassionate and skilled provider to join our dynamic team, where you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of patients of all ages.
What You'll Do:
Provide comprehensive primary care and urgent care services, with a specialized focus on women's health and hormone therapy. Conduct thorough patient evaluations, including medical histories, physical exams, and ordering any necessary diagnostic tests. Develop personalized treatment plans that address both acute and chronic health conditions. Offer urgent care services for a wide range of non-life-threatening conditions. Work closely with our dedicated administrative team to ensure smooth patient flow and coordination. Maintain thorough, accurate medical records in line with regulatory standards. Educate patients on wellness, preventive care, hormone balance, and disease management.What We're Looking For:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in primary care or urgent care, with a strong focus on women's health and hormone therapy. Active, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner (NP) licensure. Proven ability to build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with patients, fostering trust and loyalty. Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative, team-based environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to provide outstanding patient care.
