Job description Digestive Health Clinic, LLC is an independent physician owned medical practice that has been serving patients in the Treasure Valley since 1978. Our mission is to deliver outstanding medical care to patients and provide superb service to the referring healthcare provider. Our commitment is to people. Patients will have access to the best medical services in a caring setting. Referring healthcare providers will receive excellent and timely service. Office staff will work in a supportive environment, where growth is encouraged - in the practice, in medical knowledge, and as individuals. By doing this, we will continue our reputation for excellence. We are seeking an advanced practice provider (APP) to join our thriving practice with a service location primarily in our Nampa office with some scheduled time in our Boise location. Our group is comprised of thirteen Board Certified Gastroenterology Physicians, two Nurse Practitioners (NPs), and four Physician Assistants (PAs). Our support staff is robust with a goal of supporting our providers and patients in their healthcare journey. Experience as a Nurse Practitioner, or as a Physician Assistant is preferred and additional GI and/or internal medicine experience is a plus.
Responsibilities:
Diagnose and treat acute, episodic or chronic illnesses Prescribe all necessary medications and treatments Perform comprehensive physical examinations of patients Develop and implement patient management policies and procedures Facilitate referrals to other healthcare professionals and medical facilities Communicate with collaborating physician or specialist regarding patient care Requirements Current and unrestricted licensure as a PA or NP in the state of Idaho Completion of a certified/accredited PA or NP program Current BLS certificationBenefits:
