We are currently seeking a Full-Time and Part-Time Nurse Practitioner to join our team at North Ave Immediate Care. The Nurse Practitioner will work at our Immediate Care facility and provide high-quality healthcare services to patients of all ages. The ideal candidate will have excellent clinical skills, compassion for patients, and a desire to make a positive impact in the community.Compensation & Benefits:

Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive physical assessments of patients and order appropriate diagnostic tests
- Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses and injuries
- Prescribe medications and other treatments as needed
- Educate patients and their families on wellness, disease prevention, and medication management
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide coordinated care for patients
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records
- Adhere to all state and federal regulations and maintain proper licensure
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes
- Other related duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Current and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in the state of Illinois
- Master's degree in Nursing from an accredited program
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner preferred
- BLS and ACLS certifications
- Excellent clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team
- Proficiency in electronic medical records systems
- Familiarity with urgent care or primary care settings is a plus
