Paragon Clinical is a premier medical practice operating in the Chicagoland area, seeking a highly motivated, compassionate and clinically excellent Nurse Practitioner to provide PT Psychiatric services to residents in Skilled Nursing and Assisted Living facilities. NP must possess strong clinical and communication skills, and thrive working collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team . Long Term Care experience is preferred. We require a minimum commitment of one year, but strongly desire a long term commitment with loyal and dedicated employees who can partner with us.
