In this role, you will provide comprehensive primary care to adult and geriatric patients in an outpatient setting, including assessments, chronic disease management, preventive care, and acute visits. You will collaborate with physicians, nurses, and support staff to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care while accurately documenting in the EMR.
