Job Description

Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) / Adult Nurse Practitioner (NP)
Location :
Anna, IL (approx. 18 miles north of Carbondale, IL)
Pay :
Up to $75/hour (W2) + PTO +
Malpractice Contract :
1 year (option to extend)
Schedule :
4 days/week (Mon-Thu or Tue-Fri), 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM No weekends, holidays, or on-call
Job Summary:
Provide primary care services to individuals in mental health and developmental units, including patients with intellectual disabilities.
Responsibilities:
Perform physical exams and medical evaluations Provide ongoing care and treatment Order and interpret lab tests and diagnostics Prescribe medications as per protocols Maintain documentation and progress notes Conduct rounds and monitor patient progress Collaborate with care teams and support staff Respond to urgent medical needs when required
Requirements:
Active Illinois RN and NP license FNP or Adult NP (Master's required)
Illinois Controlled Substance License Active DEA Pay:
$75.00 per hour
