The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive care to patients, focusing on health promotion, disease prevention, and management of acute and chronic conditions. This role requires a strong understanding of various medical practices and the ability to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Duties Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical histories and physical examinations. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs. Perform diagnostic tests and interpret results. Provide education and counseling to patients regarding health maintenance, family planning, and public health issues. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for discharge planning and continuity of care. Address emergency medicine situations as they arise within the practice setting. Maintain accurate patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations. Requirements Master's degree in Nursing from an accredited program. Certified Physician Assistant Current license in the state of practice. Certification in relevant specialty areas preferred (e.g., Family Practice, Emergency Medicine). Familiarity with medical practices is advantageous. Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with patients. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a healthcare team.
