The ideal candidate will possess a strong clinical background and demonstrate a commitment to providing high-quality patient care in hospitalist setting. This role requires proficiency in hospitalist medicine and the ability to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Duties Conduct comprehensive History and Physicals of patients. Diagnose and manage acute and chronic health conditions. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs. Provide education and counseling to patients regarding health management, disease prevention, and wellness. Maintain accurate medical documentation including H&P in EPIC. Requirements Valid Nurse Practitioner or Physician assistant license with relevant certifications. Experience hospital medicine Mandatory. Strong skills in patient assessment, diagnosis evaluation, and treatment. Experience working with diverse populations. Excellent communication skills for effective patient interaction and education.
