Job Description

Job Overview Urbancare Internal Medicine and Pediatrics is seeking a dedicated and skilled Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical expertise, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality and compassionate healthcare.
Responsibilities :
Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical history and physical examinations. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and clinical guidelines. Provide education to patients regarding their health conditions and treatment options. Document all patient interactions accurately in medical records to ensure continuity of care. Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals in managing complex cases.
Qualifications:
Licensed Physician Assistant/Certified Nurse Practitioner (PA-C, APRN, FNP-C) Internal Medicine or Family Practice experience required Proficiency in ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests Strong ability to perform physical examinations, diagnose and treat medical conditions, manage patient care plans, and document patient information accurately Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work collaboratively in a healthcare team Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities to address complex health issues. Outpatient care only One Saturday morning per month is required Salary commensurate with experience CME stipend and time-off
Pay:
From $120,000.00 per year
