Wayne City Clinic | 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM Daytime schedule promoting excellent work-life balance What You'll Do As an Advanced Practice Provider, you will play a key role in delivering comprehensive primary care services, including: Conducting patient assessments, physical exams, and health screenings Diagnosing and treating acute and chronic medical conditions Developing individualized treatment plans Prescribing medications and therapies within scope of practice Providing patient education and preventive health counseling Collaborating with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams Promoting wellness and disease prevention initiatives Delivering evidence-based, compassionate care focused on positive patient outcomes Qualifications Education Nurse Practitioner Master's or Doctoral Degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program Physician Assistant Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program Licensure & Certifications Nurse Practitioner Current Illinois Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) licensure Current Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) certification Physician Assistant Current Illinois Physician Assistant license PA-C certification Required Current CPR/BLS Certification Preferred ACLS Certification PALS Certification Experience Previous clinical experience in family practice, primary care, urgent care, or related healthcare setting preferred Strong communication, collaboration, and patient relationship-building skills Bonus Opportunity Eligible providers may participate in a performance-based incentive program tied to quality, productivity, and organizational goals.
