Hourly Pay Range:
$61.88•$81.83•The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.

Monday thru Friday 9am•5pm with occasional evening coverage
On Call:
6 weekends a year We are seeking a licensedAdvanced Practice Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our outpatient behavioral health and substance use treatment program. Responsibilities Conduct psychiatric and medical evaluations Review laboratory and diagnostic testing Assess patients for Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) when clinically indicated Evaluate, diagnose, and manage co-occurring psychiatric conditions Collaborate with counselors, therapists, and treatment staff in a multidisciplinary setting Maintain timely and compliant clinical documentation Practice under the supervision and clinical guidance of the Program Medical Director, with consultation available as needed Qualifications Current Illinois licensure Active DEA registration with Schedule III prescribing authority Eligible to prescribe buprenorphine for opioid use disorder Experience in psychiatry, addiction medicine, medication-assisted treatment (MAT), or behavioral health preferred Strong clinical judgment and commitment to evidence-based care Ability to work collaboratively under established protocols and Medical Director oversight Work requires the ability to walk or stand for an hour or more at a time, lift or carry object weighing more than 20 pounds and lifting or positioning patients, the ability to proofread and check documents for errors, use a keyboard to enter, retrieve or transform words or data, and closely examine specimens, images, or reports. On call rotation maybe expected.
What you will need:
Requires a master's degree in nursing (MSN of MS) or master's as a Physician Assistant BC/BE Psychiatry State of Illinois Advance Practice Provider License or application pending IL Controlled Substance License pending CPR Certification issued by either the American Heart Association or Red Cross required Current or previous experience caring and managing patients in a Behavior Health setting preferred

Starting Salary:
$132,900 (with no/advance practice provider experience) up to $157,800
