Job Description
Seeking experienced Advanced Practice Providers to join the inpatient ICU team at a leading healthcare facility in Peoria, Illinois. Join a team of 4 Critical Care Physicians and 1 Nurse Practitioner, managing ICU patients in a 12-bed CVICU and 12-bed Medical/Surgical ICU. Perform procedures with full training during a multi-month orientation. Work a flexible schedule of 8 or 12-hour shifts, including day, night, evening, and weekend shifts. Earn up to a $10,000 sign-on bonus. Require Master's degree in Nursing (ACNP) or Physician Assistant with 1-3 years of ICU experience. Must hold current Illinois RN and advanced practice licensure. Located on the Illinois River, Peoria offers a vibrant, affordable community with excellent amenities and highly ranked schools. Compensation ranges from $60.72 to $78.94/hour, based on experience and qualifications, with comprehensive benefits.
