Join a multidisciplinary team including physicians, behavioral sleep specialists, APPs, dental sleep specialists, and technologists. Enjoy a 4-day work week (Monday-Thursday, 8am-6pm), competitive salary ($225,000-$325,000), and comprehensive benefits. Become a company owner after one year through the ESOP plan, with potential wage increases and greater retirement wealth.
