Job Description

St. Mary Internal Medicine is an independent adult primary care practice in Plainfield, Illinois, looking for an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our growing team. We're looking for someone who enjoys building long-term relationships with patients and wants the flexibility and personal environment of an independent practice rather than a large health system.

What we offer:

$120,000-$132,000 annual salary for full-time Full-time or part-time opportunities Flexible scheduling No weekends Established primary care patient base Collaborative, physician-led environment Opportunity to develop lasting relationships with patients and have a meaningful role within the practice What you'll do: Provide outpatient adult primary care Evaluate and manage acute and chronic conditions Perform routine preventive and wellness visits Order and interpret appropriate labs and diagnostic testing Develop treatment plans and coordinate ongoing care

Qualifications:

Illinois-licensed FNP, AGNP, or

PA-C DEA
