Job Description
Join a growing outpatient Behavioral Health program in Northern Illinois! This opportunity offers excellent work-life balance with a 4.5-day workweek, no call or inpatient duties, a supportive multidisciplinary team, and strong earning potential. Behavioral Health experience is preferred, but can train the right candidate. 4.5 day workweek with no call. 100% outpatient , no inpatient duties. Manage approximately 12 16 patients per day. Collaborative team with NP, telepsychiatrist & 6 LCPCs. Behavioral Health experience preferred; training available. Robust benefits package. About 2 hours west of Chicago & 1 hour east of the Mississippi River.
