This opportunity is located on the north side of Indianapolis at Community Hospital North and Community Heart & Vascular Hospital. Highlights Community Physician Network is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant , to work alongside our Pulmonary Hypertension team at Community Hospital North in Indianapolis, IN. 4-10 hour shifts weekly, including in office and virtual home visits. Hours may vary based on patient volume/needs Opportunity to practice in the Pulmonary Hypertension clinic, and inpatient hospital rounding. Competitive compensation and benefits package Qualifications Experience practicing as a licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant is required . Pulmonary Hypertension, Heart Failure, or Palliative Care Experience is strongly preferred.
