Job Description

Description Valley Professionals Community Health Center is seeking a Medical Provider (Physician, Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant) for our Clinton location. Valley Professionals is a Federally Qualified Health Center located in several locations throughout west-central Indiana. Our mission is to provide comprehensive integrated healthcare for all individuals and families while promoting health education opportunities for the community, students, and health care professionals. Valley Professionals offers excellent benefits, including: Physician Base salary of $200,000-294,800 NP/PA Base salary of $90,000-$144,900 Health, dental, and vision insurance with Health and Flexible Savings Account options Employer paid life insurance, short-term and long-term disability Generous paid time off 8 paid holidays 403b Retirement plan with 6% match after 1 year of employment Qualified for National Health Service Corps Student Loan Repayment Site and Public Student Loan Forgiveness Continuing Medical Education is encouraged through monetary and CME time allowances (in addition to the PTO) Job duties: This person would be responsible for providing acute care, routine medical care and chronic care for VPCHC patients in line with the VPCHC mission. The Medical Provider will work in an integrated model alongside nurse practitioners, physicians, family medicine residents, and behavioral health providers.
Requirements:
