Job Description

Valley Professionals Community Health Center is seeking a PRN Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for our Clinton location. This role would mostly help to cover our After Hours clinic (5pm-8pm) and Saturday clinic (9am-1pm). Valley Professionals is a Federally Qualified Health Center located in several locations throughout west-central Indiana. Our mission is to provide comprehensive integrated healthcare for all individuals and families while promoting health education opportunities for the community, students, and health care professionals. Job duties:
This person would be responsible for providing acute care, routine medical care and chronic care for VPCHC patients in line with the VPCHC mission. The Nurse Practitioner will work in an integrated model alongside nurse practitioners, physicians, family medicine residents, and behavioral health providers.
Requirements:
