Job Description (Day to Day Responsibilities): Candidate will be responsible for supporting analytical laboratory operations related to HPLC/LC method transfers from the Kansas facility utilizing the Waters Empower chromatography data system. The resource will execute method transfer protocols, perform analytical testing, prepare samples and standards, review and document analytical data, and support implementation of transferred methods in a GMP-regulated environment. The candidate will work as part of a laboratory team to ensure successful method transfer, method reproducibility, DEA-controlled substance testing compliance, and increased laboratory testing capacity to support ongoing business needs.

Specific Tasks:

Execute HPLC/LC method transfer protocols using Waters Empower CDS. Perform sample preparation, reagent preparation, and analytical testing activities. Complete required analytical runs, replicates, and protocol-defined verification testing. Review chromatographic data and ensure results meet established acceptance criteria. Document testing activities and results in accordance with GMP requirements and laboratory procedures. Support method verification, report generation, and transfer documentation activities. Complete required training and qualification for DEA-controlled substance handling and testing. Assist with implementation of additional analytical methods and laboratory expansion efforts. Support increased testing capacity through execution of routine laboratory testing activities. Collaborate with Quality Assurance, Development, IT, and site personnel to support successful project execution. Participate in laboratory status meetings and project updates. Support final reporting, knowledge transfer, and project closeout activities. Additional Skills & Qualifications Required Capabilities (How will we measure fit?): Demonstrated hands-on HPLC/LC laboratory testing experience. Experience utilizing Waters Empower chromatography data system. Ability to execute analytical test methods following approved protocols and SOPs. Experience preparing samples, standards, mobile phases, and reagents. Ability to review chromatographic data and interpret analytical results.
