Job Description
Deaconess Clinic is seeking a part time (48 hrs/pay) FNP or PA to join the Deaconess Clinic Urgent Care West team. This is an hourly position with a competitive base rate. In addition to the base salary, this position has an incentive compensation plan in place with the potential to earn up to 10% of the base salary as a bonus. This position will be required to work 2 12 hour shifts each week along with 2 weekends every 6 weeks. The urgent care clinics are open 365 days a year 8am to 8pm. Typical urgent care visits include routine acute care services, physicals, and procedures including laceration repair, lesion removal, ingrown nails, and splinting and foreign body removal. Fully implemented EMR (EPIC and Agilty), integrated for inpatient and outpatient. Position requires licensure in the states of Indiana and Kentucky.
