The ideal candidate is passionate about integrative and functional medicine, with a focus on hormone optimization, gut health, thyroid management, weight loss, peptide therapy, and clinical procedures. Responsibilities include patient consultations, developing and managing treatment plans, documenting patient encounters, providing follow-up care, and performing in-office clinical procedures. We're looking for someone who is excited to contribute to both outstanding patient care and the continued growth of our practice. Priority tasks Initial patient consultations Recording/charting patient visit notes and medical histories Diagnosing Health issues Creating and following up on patient treatment plans Ordering and reviewing Lab work Identifying changes in patient health and modifying treatment plans as needed Performing clinical procedures to include injections as well as subcutaneous pellet implantations Prescribing and following up with medications and peptides Keeping up with portal communication with patients and staff Adapting to clinical changes in protocols or new services. Position Requirements and Qualifications Graduate Degree from an accredited Nursing School Active License to practice as a Nurse Practitioner in the State of Indiana Strong communication skills, written and verbal, required Strong organizational skills required 3+ years of clinical work experience (Preferred) Strong interest in Integrative and Functional Medicine (Preferred) Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills Thrives in a fast-paced working environment Ability to function well within a team Experience with EMR and Pubmed Willing to complete a required 3-6 month employer-provided training program, including one off-site educational course during the training period (location to be determined).
