This is a rare opportunity for a Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join a collaborative employer based outpatient clinic at a well known employer in Hammond, IN. This will be a very long contract to 12/31/26 with an opportunity to extend or move to permanent. Amazing culture and you will treat about 8-12 patients per day.

Hours vary:

Mon-closed Tu/Wed-9a-7p Thu/Fri-6a-4p Closed Thanksgiving, Day after Thanksgiving and Christmas Day. Otherwise, must be available for all days during the holidays. The hours for this clinic vary based on the day:

DEA MUST

have a valid NP license in the state of IN. Benefits available after 30 days on Contract. Salary is Negotiable. This role will be filled quickly.

Pay:

$75.00 - $85.00 per hour Expected hours: 35.0 per week
