Job Description

Community Medical Center, a physician owned Family Practice seeking a highly motivated nurse practitioner or physician assistant to join our practice in Jeffersonville, IN. This position is full time.
Principal Duties & Responsibilities:
Obtain medical histories. Diagnose and treat health care and chronic diseases. Order and interpret diagnostic studies such as labs and x-rays. Prescribes medications and other treatments. Promotes positive health behaviors and self-care skills through education and counseling. Collaborate with physician as needed. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of family practice experience, and be extremely personable and compassionate with the ability to develop and maintain trusting patient relationships. Licensed Nurse Practitioner and Registered Nurse in the State of Indiana OR Licensed Physician Assistant through the State of Indiana.
Educational Requirements:
Master of Science Degree (in Clinical Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assisting) from an accredited college or university ER/Urgent Care & Hospitalist experience is a plus
