We're seeking a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner to join a collaborative team in Kokomo, Indiana. This opportunity offers competitive compensation, a $10,000 sign-on bonus , relocation assistance, and the support of a psychiatrist and multidisciplinary clinical team. What You'll Do Conduct psychiatric assessments, establish diagnoses, and develop individualized treatment plans. Provide medication management and educate patients about treatment options, medication risks, and expected outcomes. Order and interpret laboratory tests. Collaborate with psychiatrists, nurses, therapists, and other clinical professionals to coordinate care. Refer patients for inpatient treatment when appropriate, in collaboration with the psychiatrist. Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation and provide follow-up as needed. Qualifications Master's degree in nursing. Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner certification; candidates eligible for ANCC certification may be considered. Current Indiana prescriptive authority or eligibility to obtain. Ability to obtain and maintain CPI, BLS, and First Aid certifications before providing direct patient care. Valid driver's license and active auto insurance. Successful completion of required background checks. Compensation and Benefits $135,000 annual base salary , plus incentive bonuses. Total earning potential up to $160,000 annually. $10,000 sign-on bonus. $7,500 relocation assistance. 160 hours of PTO and 10 paid holidays. $2,500 CME stipend.
