Job Overview Join an established, physician-owned private pediatric practice in Lafayette, Indiana as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant, earning $120,000-$130,000 base salary plus a sign-on bonus on a four-day work week with no after-hours call, no hospital call, and no newborn nursery responsibilities. This is a small, close-knit team serving a primarily Medicaid panel where your judgment matters and the work is genuinely meaningful. New graduates will be considered. What You'll Do Provide comprehensive pediatric primary care from newborn through age 22 Perform well-child visits and same-day sick visits, roughly 20 to 25 patients per day Diagnose and manage acute and chronic pediatric conditions Educate patients and families on preventive care, growth, nutrition, and development Maintain timely documentation in the EMR and collaborate closely with the physician owner Why You Will Love This Role Four-day work week, approximately 32 clinical hours, with a weekday off every week No after-hours call, no hospital call, no newborn nursery responsibilities One evening clinic per week until 7:00 PM and one Saturday morning per month (9:00 AM to 1:00 PM) $120,000-$130,000 base salary, sign-on bonus, and relocation assistance available Physician-owned private practice, not a corporate group or health system No procedures required Indiana license and DEA registration reimbursed Immediate start available Compensation and Benefits $120,000-$130,000 annual base salary Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance available Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with 4 percent employer match after one year 15 vacation days, 8 paid holidays, 5 CME days, $2,000 CME allowance Malpractice fully covered Indiana license and DEA reimbursed Requirements PNP-BC, CPNP, or PA-C board certification required Eligible for Indiana APRN or PA licensure required Active DEA registration or ability to obtain before start required Strong communication skills with children and families Genuine team orientation, small practice, collaboration is essential Preferred 2+ years of pediatric experience, right new graduate will be considered FNP with substantial pediatric experience welcome Interest in a long-term career in a growing practice This is an outstanding opportunity for a Pediatric NP or PA ready to practice good pediatric medicine, build lasting relationships with families in a meaningful community setting, and actually have a life outside the clinic.
