We're looking for a dedicated Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to provide comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and therapeutic support. The PMHNP will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to deliver holistic, patient-centered care. What You'll Do Conduct psychiatric assessments and develop individualized treatment plans. Prescribe and manage psychotropic medications, monitoring efficacy and side effects. Provide supportive therapy, crisis intervention, and suicide risk assessments. Coordinate with patients, families, and the treatment team for integrated care. Maintain accurate, compliant documentation and participate in quality improvement efforts. Meet regularly with the collaborating physician for supervision. What You'll Bring Licensed PMHNP in the State of Indiana. Active DEA license. Meets pre-hire competency and reference requirements. Valid Indiana Driver's License, good driving record, and insurance.
