Provide patient-centered primary care to residents in skilled nursing facilities across Mishawaka, Indiana, as part of a growing clinical team. This part-time role offers flexible scheduling, six-hour facility shifts (rounds typically start between 7:00-10:00 a.m.), no call or overnight responsibilities, and collaborative work with physicians and facility staff to deliver evidence-based care. Locations also available nationwide in GA, IL, KS, MI, MO, OH, TN, and WI.
