Job Description

About the Role DCM Skin Solutions is seeking an enthusiastic, highly motivated Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our growing team. We are looking for a true go-getter with a strong work ethic who takes pride in patient care and treats every patient like family. Key Qualifications Licensure & Credentials:
Active and unencumbered Indiana PA or NP license (or eligible to obtain).
Experience:
Prior experience in clinical dermatology is preferred, but we are willing to train the right individual who demonstrates enthusiasm and strong clinical fundamentals.
Travel Requirement:
Must have a valid driver's license and be willing to travel to our satellite clinic in Marion, IN.
EMR Skills:
Experience with Modernizing Medicine (ModMed ) is a plus, but not required—we will provide training.
Specialized Training:
Experience with BioTE® Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) is a plus; if you do not have prior experience, we are happy to send the right candidate for official BioTE training.
Primary Responsibilities Clinical Care & Patient Load:
Provide comprehensive dermatological evaluations, diagnoses, and treatment plans for skin, hair, and nail conditions. Work efficiently toward managing a full schedule of patients once fully established. Integrate BioTE® Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) into patient care plans to promote holistic wellness—healing and restoring the body both inside and out.
Procedural Work:
Perform skin exams, biopsies, excisions, and other outpatient dermatological procedures.
Product & Practice Promotion:
Actively promote our in-office medical-grade skincare product lines and treatments to optimize patient care outcomes.
Patient-Centered Approach:
Build and maintain strong patient relationships by providing warm, compassionate care—treating every patient as you would a member of your own family.
Collaboration & Documentation:
Maintain accurate, timely medical records in our EMR system (Modernizing Medicine) and collaborate effectively with our collaborative physician, clinic owner/ PA-C, medical assistants, and administrative team.
