This is more than an injector position. We're looking for someone who is excited to educate patients, develop customized treatment plans, and become a trusted partner in helping patients look and feel their absolute best. What You'll Do Perform comprehensive aesthetic consultations and confidently recommend individualized treatment plans. Deliver exceptional patient outcomes through safe, evidence-based aesthetic treatments. Perform cosmetic injectable treatments including neuromodulators, dermal fillers, and biostimulators. Prescribe and recommend professional-grade skincare products and develop customized skincare regimens. Perform state required good faith exams yearly.

Perform advanced aesthetic procedures including:

Morpheus8 or other RF microneedling devices BBL Heroic (preferred) Moxi (preferred) Laser Hair Removal (preferred) CoolPeel or other CO₂ laser treatments (preferred) Educate patients on treatment expectations, recovery, and long-term maintenance. Build lasting patient relationships that encourage trust, retention, and referrals. Maintain thorough, accurate, and timely medical documentation. Collaborate closely with providers, estheticians, and the front office team to deliver an exceptional patient experience. Stay current on the latest aesthetic treatments, products, and industry trends.

What We're Looking For:

Required Qualifications Licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in the State of Indiana. Minimum of 2 consecutive years of cosmetic injectable experience in a medical aesthetics environment. Strong consultation and patient communication skills with a proven ability to convert consultations into treatment plans. Experience prescribing medical-grade skincare and creating comprehensive skin health plans. Excellent facial assessment and aesthetic treatment planning skills. Strong understanding of facial anatomy and patient safety. Exceptional clinical judgment and attention to detail. Highly organized with outstanding documentation and charting habits. Comfortable learning and utilizing EMR systems and other technology. Professional, dependable, and accountable. Positive attitude with a genuine passion for helping patients feel confident.
