Nurse Practitioner (NP) - Part-Time | $95/Hour Kosciusko County Jail - Warsaw, Indiana Part-Time | 3 Hours Per Week | $95/Hour | On-Site Add a Meaningful 3-Hour Clinical Role to Your Week TK Health Clinics is seeking a Nurse Practitioner (NP) to provide on-site patient care at the Kosciusko County Jail in Warsaw, Indiana . With a commitment of just 3 hours per week at $95 per hour , this is an excellent opportunity for an experienced provider looking to supplement an existing practice, maintain additional clinical hours, or explore correctional healthcare without taking on a significant time commitment. Responsibilities include:
Assessing, diagnosing, and treating acute and chronic medical conditions Conducting patient evaluations and follow-up visits Ordering and reviewing appropriate diagnostic testing Prescribing medications and developing treatment plans within scope of practice Managing common chronic conditions Responding to clinical concerns identified by the nursing team Maintaining accurate and timely medical documentation Collaborating with nursing staff and TK Health medical leadership Following established clinical protocols and correctional healthcare standards Qualifications Active, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license Appropriate authorization to practice in Indiana Strong assessment, clinical decision-making, and documentation skills Ability to work independently within established clinical protocols Ability to successfully complete a thorough background investigation Correctional healthcare experience is preferred but not required.
