Our privately owned, multidisciplinary practice integrates chiropractic care, physical therapy, massage therapy, and advanced wellness services—making us the only private practice in the area offering this level of collaborative, holistic care. We're seeking a motivated, compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join our team on a part-time basis (1-2 days/week) . The ideal candidate is patient-focused, collaborative, and proactive—with an interest and experience in regenerative medicine, functional health, and holistic care, plus a willingness to grow as our services expand. Key Responsibilities Direct Patient Care Perform comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans. Manage patient follow-ups, monitor progress, and document care. Provide regenerative injections (PRP, prolotherapy, biologics). Administer IV and IM therapies (NAD+, Tri-Immune, Vitamin D, B12, hydration blends). Prescribe and monitor weight management therapies. Incorporate InBody scans and support sustainable lifestyle changes. Order, interpret, and review advanced labs (Quest, Vibrant, etc.). Provide gut health, inflammation-reduction, and supplement-based protocols. Caseload Management & Collaboration Manage your own caseload. Order and review labs, schedule consultations, and guide patients through protocols. Collaborate with chiropractors, PTs, and massage therapists to deliver whole-patient care. Practice Growth & Education Assist in creating educational content (videos, handouts, social posts) to support patient education and practice growth. Participate in occasional in-office presentations and community events. Stay current with new protocols, supplements, and integrative treatments. Experience with regenerative medicine, injections, or IV/IM therapies (preferred; training available). Familiarity with functional medicine testing and protocols a plus but not required. Experience with weight loss management a plus but not required. Strong communication and patient-education skills. Interest in continued education and willingness to grow with new service lines.
