Job Description

HealthPoint if currently hiring for a desktop APRN to provide comprehensive medical services. Monday through Friday 9-5:30 Responsibilities between Direct Patient Care and Central Desktop split approximately a 50/50 split, work will vary by day
Years of Service Award:
Over $2,400 at specific intervals starting at year 2 401k
Plan:
$1 for $1 match on first 3% of income and $0.50 on the $1 for 4th and 5th% for a max match at 4% of your income. This is a Safe Harbor Plan so you are 100% vested on the company match immediately.
Paid Time Off:

Hours of PTO Holidays:
Up to 9 Paid Holidays and as well as your Birthday off paid.
Health/Dental/Vision:
Organization pays a portion of all. Health options included PPO and HSA plan options.
Group Term Life Insurance:
Company paid $80,000 benefit; option for additional employee paid voluntary coverage
Long Term Disability:
Option available - employee paid
Extended Illness Paid Time:
Accrued extended illness time up to 8 weeks.

Clinical Direct Patient Care:
Provides comprehensive primary medical services in a primary care setting
EHR Central Desktop Management:
Works in a central clinical role to respond to patient questions, authorizing medication refills , lab reports, test reports for other Primary Care APRNs and Physicians while they are on vacation/out of office. Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) should have three years professional nursing experience. Graduate of an accredited school of nursing and Nurse Practitioner program. Current RN and APRN license in the Commonwealth of Kentucky Must hold a current CPR certification.
