Job Description
Kentucky Neonatal Nurse Practitioner Locums Job | Per Diem/PRN | Weekend Coverage As Needed Seeking a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) for ongoing locums coverage beginning November 2026. Coverage is needed until the permanent position is filled.
Details/Requirements:
- 5-7 shifts per month
- 24 hour shifts/ in house call coverage needs — flexible scheduling
- Level
III NICU
with 20 beds- Daily census: 8-10 NICU patients
- NICU patients only — no well-baby coverage
- Attend deliveries if requested
- NICU newborn rounding
- Circumcision procedures
- Epic EMR
- Work collaboratively with neonatology
- Requirements
- 3+ years of neonatal experience
- Active Kentucky
RN & APRN
licensesNNP-BC/NCC
certification- NRP certification
- Master's degree or higher in
