Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including medical history, physical examinations, and diagnostic evaluations.
- Develop and implement patient care plans, including prescribing medications, ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, and providing treatments.
- Educate patients and their families on disease prevention, health promotion, and treatment options.
Requirements:
- Valid Nurse Practitioner license in Louisiana
- Proficiency in electronic medical record systems (e.g., eClinicalWorks).
- Strong clinical skills in areas such as diagnostic evaluation and medication administration
- Cardiology experience is a plus but not required
- Experience with dermal fillers, Botox, and microneedling is a plus
