Nurse Practitioner Float

Access Health Louisiana (AHL) one of the state's largest networks of Federally Qualified Health Centers is looking for an experienced Family Nurse Practitioner-Float to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care to communities that need it most. Must be willing to work in multiple sites. Full time, 4 day work week position At AHL, you'll join a dynamic, collaborative care team that puts patients first and supports providers every step of the way. What You'll Do:

Deliver comprehensive primary care to patients of all ages. Diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic health conditions. Work closely with clinical staff, behavioral health staff, and care coordinators to promote whole-person care. Serve with dignity and compassion in high-need, underserved communities.

What We're Looking For:

Licensed Family Nurse Practitioner in Louisiana. Full prescriptive authority. At least 2 years of NP experience in a primary care or community health setting. Passion for community health and a strong commitment to health equity.
