What you will do:
Provide direct geriatric patient mental health care services including comprehensive geriatric psych evaluations and psychopharm management. Diagnosis, treatment and medication management for treatment of patients with behavioral health issues and comorbid issues including dementia. Teaching patients and their caregivers how to manage illnesses and provide supportive care. Must be comfortable and enjoy working with behavioral health patients and the geriatric population and be a team player. Work closely with the LICSW team who do the initial behavioral health intakes and are often following patients in individual therapy.Education:
Graduate of a Master's Program in Nursing Physician Assistant programCertification/License:
Current NP or PA license in the state ofMassachusetts Schedule:
30 hours per weekPay Range:
$97,203.60 USD- 132,194.
