•This position is a flex position which will also cover ambulatory EAT and then flex to other surgical and procedural areas.

Key Responsibilities:

Providing patient triage/chart review to facilitate needed procedures and clinical supports for patients and families with medical needs ranging from acute to chronic. Conducting patient/family in person and virtual visits inclusive of patient histories, psychosocial histories, health status, and medical problems or potential problems. Working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team. Working 20 hours per week including 8,10- and 12-hour day/evening shifts

M-F Minimum Qualifications Education:

A Master of Science in

Nursing Experience:

1-3 years of RN/NP acute (hospital) experience required. Pediatric experience preferred. Excellent organizational, communication, and computer skills.

Licensure/ Certifications:
