Perform advanced procedures such as suturing, IV insertions, catheterizations, spinal taps, and dermal filler injections to support patient recovery and aesthetic needs. Utilize electronic health record (EHR) systems like Epic, Cerner, or eClinicalWorks for precise medical documentation and medical records management. Collaborate closely with healthcarGT Medical Associates (Gregory Talalayevsky, M.D. P.C.) is the practice of Dr. Gregory Talalayevsky, a primary care office serving the Hyde Park community from the same location on Hyde Park Avenue for over 20 years. We're an independent practice under new business leadership, investing in our team, technology, and growth. Our care spans office-based primary care and rounds at partner rest homes and long-term care facilities, with a chronic care management program expanding this year. You'd join a small, close team where your voice shapes how the practice runs, not a slot in a large system. The role Provide primary care to adult and geriatric patients: assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and ongoing chronic disease management Split time between our Hyde Park office and scheduled rounds at nearby rest home facilities Collaborate with our physician and a second experienced NP; physician supervision provided and structured to meet Massachusetts requirements for NPs working toward independent practice Document in eClinicalWorks with same-day note completion as the team standard Compensation and benefits Base salary of $135,000 with a quarterly productivity bonus; realistic total compensation to $165,000 Health insurance with 100% of the individual premium paid by the practice Two weeks PTO plus Massachusetts earned sick time $1,000 annual CME allowance plus 3 CME days Malpractice insurance paid by the practice, including tail coverage Mileage reimbursement at the IRS rate for facility rounds 401(k) launching January 2027 Requirements Active Massachusetts NP license (APRN) and national board certification (FNP or AGNP) Active DEA registration and Massachusetts controlled substance registration, or eligibility Eligible for enrollment with Medicare, MassHealth, and commercial payers You'll thrive here if You genuinely like geriatric patients and the rhythm of long-term relationships with them You want your clinical judgment to matter more than a corporate protocol You're comfortable with EHR documentation and finishing notes the same day New graduates with strong geriatric or long-term-care clinical experience are welcome to apply To apply, submit your resume through Indeed.
