Thriveworks is seeking a dedicated Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to join our dynamic team providing excellent online and in-person mental health services. In this role, you will work closely with patients to manage their mental health needs through diagnostic assessments, treatment planning, and medication management. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to diagnose psychiatric disorders. Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs. Prescribe and manage medications, monitoring efficacy and side effects. Provide crisis intervention as needed. Collaborate with therapists, counselors, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care. Educate patients and their families about mental health conditions and treatment options.
