Independent Primary Care Practice | Massachusetts Established independent primary care practice is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician (MD/DO) interested in joining our practice in a collaborative partner/associate arrangement . This is an excellent opportunity for a clinician who wants the autonomy and personal connection of private practice without the significant expense and responsibility of establishing an office from the ground up. The Opportunity Beautiful, established private primary care office Office space already in place and fully equipped Opportunity to share practice overhead and operating expenses Collaborative, collegial environment Independent practice with a strong focus on personalized, relationship-based primary care Adult patients, age 18+ Opportunity to build and grow your own patient panel Flexible scheduling Modern EHR and established office infrastructure Administrative and operational systems already in place Ideal Candidate We are looking for an NP or MD/DO who: Is licensed to practice in Massachusetts Is board certified/eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Adult Primary Care Has strong clinical experience and excellent communication skills Values preventive care, wellness, nutrition, and whole-person health Enjoys developing long-term relationships with patients Is professional, dependable, and interested in a collaborative practice environment Has an entrepreneurial mindset and is interested in growing a practice Compensation & Structure The arrangement will be structured around sharing office overhead , with details based on schedule, patient volume, and the clinician's desired level of involvement. The clinician would be responsible for maintaining their own professional credentials, licenses, DEA registration, malpractice coverage, and payer credentialing as applicable. This opportunity may be particularly attractive to an experienced clinician who is considering private practice, semi-retirement, greater autonomy, or building an independent patient base without taking on the cost of opening an office.
