Job Description

Overview Emerge Ketamine is a growing, patient-centered mental health clinic specializing in evidence-based ketamine treatments, including in-office Spravato (esketamine), IV ketamine therapy, and telehealth psychiatric evaluations and follow-ups. We are seeking a compassionate, motivated Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join our team. This role offers a unique opportunity to work in an innovative treatment setting while providing high-quality psychiatric care to patients with treatment-resistant depression, mood disorders, PTSD, and related conditions. Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations in the office while Spravato treatments are being performed Determine patient eligibility for Interventional Psychiatry treatments- Spravato, IV ketamine, TMS Monitor patient progress, response to treatment, and side effects Collaborate closely with clinical staff, nurses, and technicians to ensure safe and effective care Adhere to REMS requirements for Spravato treatment Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant documentation in the EHR Communicate with referring providers as needed (with proper patient authorization) Participate in quality improvement initiatives and clinical protocols as the practice grows Requirements Active and unrestricted PMHNP license in Massachusetts Board certification as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner Candidates must have at least one year of documented psychiatric nursing experience. DEA license (or ability to obtain) Comfort with or willingness to be trained in Spravato and ketamine-assisted treatment Strong clinical judgment and patient-centered communication skills Ability to work independently while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team Experience with telehealth platforms is a plus Preferred Qualifications Prior experience with Spravato (esketamine) and/or ketamine therapy Experience treating treatment-resistant depression, anxiety, PTSD, or mood disorders Interest in innovative and emerging psychiatric treatments Willing to work evenings and weekends Located onsite in Danvers with ability to float between our 2 offices (Woburn and Danvers) if needed

$137,280.00 - $194,480.00 per year
