This is an excellent opportunity to practice in a collaborative, patient-focused environment with a strong emphasis on continuity of care and work-life balance. The position is available full-time (36-40 hours per week, four days per week with Thursdays off and no nights or weekends). Part-time scheduling (2-3 days per week) may also be considered for qualified candidates.
Position Highlights:
Outpatient Family Medicine practice Four-day workweek for full-time providers No evenings, nights, call, or weekend responsibilities Collaborative practice with physician supervision and support Immediate opening with expedited onboarding Part-time option available (2-3 days per week)
Compensation & Benefits:

Qualifications:
Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program. Active Massachusetts NP or PA license. Current DEA registration. Massachusetts Controlled Substances Registration (MCSR). Strong clinical judgment and commitment to patient-centered care. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment. Prior primary care experience preferred. Recent graduates with strong clinical training and confidence in patient management are encouraged to apply. Fluency in Portuguese is highly desirable.
