This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced NP seeking a flexible, part-time schedule with no nights, weekends, or holiday call. The NP will provide comprehensive primary care services and see patients independently under a collaborative agreement with a supervising physician. The level of responsibility will be commensurate with the NP's experience, training, and clinical confidence.
Schedule Part-time:
2-3 days per week Monday, Wednesday, and Friday availability No nights, weekends, or holiday call Established Internal Medicine practice with physician support Compensation & Benefits $120,000-$150,000 compensation range, based on experience and schedule Comprehensive health insurance coverage Malpractice insurance provided 401(k) retirement plan CME allowance and professional development support Requirements Master's degree or higher from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program. Current, unrestricted Massachusetts Nurse Practitioner license. National board certification as a Nurse Practitioner. 3-5 years of primary care experience preferred. Current Massachusetts RN license. Prescriptive authority and appropriate prescribing credentials. Current DEA registration or eligibility to obtain. Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and decision-making skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with physicians and clinical staff.
