2-3 days per week available Position Overview We are seeking a Primary Care Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to provide outpatient care to adult and adolescent patients in a collaborative Family Medicine practice. The provider will work under physician supervision while assuming patient-care responsibilities consistent with their experience, training, and clinical confidence. Responsibilities

• Provide primary care to adult and adolescent patients.
• Evaluate, diagnose, treat, and manage a variety of primary care conditions.
• Conduct patient assessments and follow-up visits.
• Develop and manage individualized treatment plans.
• Provide preventive care and patient education.
• Prescribe medications and manage ongoing treatments.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
• Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation.
• Utilize appropriate diagnostic and specialty resources as needed. Qualifications
• Current Massachusetts NP or PA license.
• Valid DEA registration.
• Valid Massachusetts Controlled Substance Registration (MCSR).
• Primary care or Family Medicine experience preferred.
• Fluency in Portuguese is required. Schedule & Benefits
