Thriveworks is seeking a dedicated Part Time Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will work closely with therapists and counselors to offer integrated treatment plans tailored to the needs of our clients. Responsibilities Conduct psychiatric evaluations and assessments to diagnose mental health conditions. Collaborate with therapists and counselors to develop and implement treatment plans. Provide medication management and adjust prescriptions as necessary. Monitor patient progress and make treatment adjustments when needed. Maintain accurate and confidential patient records according to compliance regulations. Educate patients and their families about mental health conditions and treatment options.
